Best wel warm dus. Je kunt nog steeds sporten, maar je wilt geen fysieke ongemakken en onnodig gevaar lopen. Ga daarom aan de slag met de volgende tips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drink genoeg en vul zouten aan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Misschien een open deur, maar besef je dat je met deze warmte makkelijk een liter vocht per uur kunt verliezen. In de volle zon zelfs wel meer. Met dit weer staat het zweet al op je rug als je je sokken aantrekt. Dan gaat het dus hard! Drink niet alleen water, maar bijvoorbeeld ook isotone sportdrank. Dit zorgt voor koolhydraten die energie afgeven, maar vult ook zouten en mineralen weer aan die je via je zweet verliest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maak je gezicht schoon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zweten helpt je om af te koelen en de warmte kwijt te kunnen via je pori\u00ebn. Als je langere tijd in de warmte loopt heb je soms het gevoel dat je je warmte niet meer kwijt kunt. Haal dan even een natte doek over je gezicht en veeg de zoutsporen schoon. Dit voelt verfrissend en zorgt ervoor dat je vervolgens goed kunt blijven zweten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schakel een tandje terug <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In de warmte voelt de eerste kilometer al alsof je aan het eind van een halve marathon bent. Hou hier dus rekening mee dat je niet zo goed als normaal kunt presteren. Doe alles rustiger aan en besef je dat je lichaam het al moeilijk genoeg heeft. Ook je hartslag zal een aantal slagen hoger zijn dan normaal. Dit is niet erg!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Draag beschermende kleding <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uiteraard smeer je je goed in met zonnebrandcr\u00e8me voordat je naar buiten gaat. Maar het is wel verstandig om je gezicht en hoofd bijvoorbeeld wat te beschermen met een pet of zonneklep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Geniet van het mooie weer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wees realistisch of je een kwalitatief goede training kunt neerzetten. Zo niet? Accepteer dat dan en geniet lekker van het mooi weer.
