Daarom vertellen we jou in het kort wat de verschillen zijn tussen aerobe en anaerobe training. In deze context zijn er twee opties. Namelijk 1) het vergrote van je uithoudingsvermogen en vetverbranding of 2) je spiermassa en kracht vergroten. De eerste optie past het beste bij aerobe training. Terwijl de tweede keus het beste past bij anaerobe trainingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Een aerobe work-out focust zich erop dat je voor een langere tijd een activiteit uitvoert op een zodanig lage intensiteit dat je nog prima door kunt ademen. Je spieren halen hun energie onder andere uit zuurstof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een anaerobe training focust op korte en explosieve trainingen, de intensiteit hiervan is hoog. Je energiebron van je spieren zal voornamelijk komen uit snel beschikbare koolhydraten, en dus geen zuurstof. Dit ga je ook merken doordat je spieren zullen verzuren door het gebrek aan zuurstof. Je hebt zelf het tempo in de hand.<\/em><\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Goede voorbeelden van aerobe trainingen zijn hardlopen, zwemmen, en fietsen. Bij deze sporten kun jij zelf goed be\u00efnvloeden of jij in de aerobe zone blijft. Zodra je een lichte verzuring begint te voelen is het essentieel om je tempo te verlagen. Zo keer je terug in de aerobe zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voorbeelden van anaerobe trainingen zijn sprintjes trekken, krachttraining en plyometrische trainingen. Je spieren worden hierbij in een korte tijd uitgedaagd om op het maximum van hun kunnen te presteren.
