Bijvoorbeeld het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.nl\/springtouwen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">springtouw<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Velen kennen het springtouw nog uit hun jeugd, vandaag de dag is het een echte fitness-trend. Dit is waarschijnlijk omdat springen met het springtouw uithoudingsvermogen, kracht, evenwicht en co\u00f6rdinatie verbetering en de stimulering van vetverbranding aanpakt: In 15 minuten springtouwen verbrandt je al ongeveer 200 calorie\u00ebn. Perfect voor liefhebbers van fitness, voor minimalisten en beginners. Het springtouw past namelijk zo compact dat je het eenvoudig meeneemt in je (sport)tas. Zo kun je elk gewenst moment trainen, bijvoorbeeld in het park of neem het mee naar het sportveld.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>Welke spieren train je bij trouwtjespringen?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Touwtjespringen is een total body workout gericht op de beenspieren. Bij het springen worden de dij- en bilspieren getraind. Wil je aanvullend je buikspieren trainen? Houdt dan tijdens het springen de buik in. Dit is zoiezo aan te raden omdat je hierdoor een meer stabiele postitie hebt tijdens de sprongen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Zo bepaal je de ideale lengte<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ga met beide voeten op het midden van het touw staan. Trek aan beide kanten de uiteinden van de springtouwen tot onder de schouders. Stel het springtouw tot hier in; dit is de ideale kabellengte. Het meest ideaal zijn zijn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.nl\/taurus-pro-speed-springtouw-tb-9300\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">springtouwen <\/a>die in lengte ingekort kunnen worden zodat ze op ieders individuele lichaamslengte kunnen worden aangepast.<\/p>\n<p><b>De opwarming voor je training\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Zoals bij elke training wordt ook bij de springtouwtraining een goede warming-up aanbevolen. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld op dezelfde plek joggen. Draai cirkels met je schouders en polsen vooruit en achteruit voor het opwarmen van de spieren in je bovenlichaam.<\/p>\n<p><b>De Springtouw basistechniek\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-208 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/springtouwtraining.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"300\" \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Het is belangrijk dat je het bovenlichaam recht houdt met daarbij de bovenarmen tegen het lichaam aan. Je onderarmen houd je op een hoek van 45 graden. Met de handpalmen naar boven gericht, de benen gesloten waarna je rustig door de knie\u00ebn gaat, het touw laat ziweren en spring licht met alleen de benen omhoog zodat het touw onder je voeten kan swingen.<\/p>\n<p>Hou als leidraad aan dat je een sprong per seconde neemt, dat aantal kun je vervolgens geleidelijk aan verhogen. Er zijn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.nl\/kettler-digital-rope-springtouw-7361-550\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">speciale springtouwen<\/a> welke weergeven hoeveel sprongen je gemaakt hebt. Als je 4 sets van 30 seconden springen en 30 seconden rust maakt, is dat een goed begin.<\/p>\n<p><b>Trainingtips voor springtouw<\/b><b> <\/b><b>liefhebbers<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Om je springtouw training uitdagender te maken hebben we hier nog een aantal tips:<\/p>\n<p>Als je vergevorderd bent, kun je met de \u201cDouble Under\u201d een poging wagen om het springtouw twee keer in \u00e9\u00e9n enkele sprong onder je door te laten gaan.
