Dit maakt roeitraining \u00e9\u00e9n van de meest effectieve full-body workouts van allemaal. In tegenstelling tot de veel gehoorde veronderstelling dat roeien vooral de spieren in de armen traint, komt 60% van de kracht uit je benen, 30% uit het bovenlichaam en slechts 10% van de kracht uit de armen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tot 85% van de spiergroepen van je lichaam wordt getraind op de roeimachine.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lees hier welke resultaten kunnen worden aangerekend aan het trainen op een roeitrainer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Met name de volgende grote spiergroepen worden op de roeitrainer uitgedaagd:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nekspier: Kapspier<\/li><li>Schouderspieren: Deltaspier<\/li><li>Bovenrug: Latissimus Dorsi &amp; Rhomboids<\/li><li>Bovenarmspieren: Biceps<\/li><li>Onderarmspieren: Bovenarm spaakbeenspier<\/li><li>Onderrug: Erector spinae<\/li><li>Buikspieren: Rectus en schuine buikspieren<\/li><li>Bilspieren (gluteus maximus)<\/li><li>Dijen: Beenverlengingen en hamstrings<\/li><li>Onderbeen: Kuit- en scheenbeenspieren<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aangesproken spiergroepen in de afzonderlijke fasen op de roeitrainer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingetrokken houding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In de ingetrokken houding strek je je armen met je triceps. Je schouders zijn evenwijdig aan je armen en in een ontspannen positie. Gebruik je handflexoren om de roeihandgreep vast te houden. Je buikspieren zorgen ervoor dat je bovenlichaam licht naar voren wordt gebogen. De achterkant is in een ontspannen houding. Hier worden met name de beenspieren en de schouderspieren getraind. Open tegelijkertijd de hoek die je in je heupen knie\u00ebn tijdens de duwbeweging maakt. De armen en schouders bevinden zich in een ontspannen positie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op de terugweg worden vooral de spieren in je bovenlichaam meer gebruikt. Trek met je biceps de hendel naar je toe. Je rug, bilspieren en hamstrings openen je heuphoek. De dijspieren en gluteale spieren trekken samen. Om het bovenlichaam weer naar voren te brengen, worden je buikspieren geactiveerd. Je benen trekken de stoel naar achteren richting het achterpunt.
