Zo kun je thuis of in de sportschool je biceps en triceps trainen. Armoefening: Biceps Curls (hoog) op de Cable Pull<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebruik de handgrepen voor de biceps curls (hoog). Je staat met een rechte houding in het midden van het kabelstation, je heft je armen op schoudershoogte en beweegt ze richting je hoofd. Zorg ervoor dat je de armen niet volledig strekt. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je spieren optimaal worden gebruikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Armoefening: Biceps Curls (laag) op de Cable Pull<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor de Biceps curls (laag) gebruik je een tricepstang. Je staat met een rechte houding en beweegt je armen naar je borst. Je bovenarmen blijven recht langs het lichaam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Armoefening: Triceps Pushdown op de Cable Pull<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor de tricep pushdown gebruik je een tricepstouw. Ga rechtop staan met je gezicht naar de pulley, buig je bovenlichaam iets naar voren en druk het tricepstouw naar beneden. Je ellebogen blijven tijdens de oefening dicht bij je lichaam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Armoefening: Overhead Triceps Extensions op de Cable Pull<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Een tricepstouw gebruik je ook voor overhead tricep presses. Ga hiervoor met je rug naar de pulley staan, buig voorover met een rechte rug en trek het touw naar de zijkant van de romp. Je ellebogen blijven dicht bij je lichaam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cable pull Oefeningen: Kneeling Rows<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor de kneeling rows heb je de handgreep weer nodig. Kniel hiervoor met \u00e9\u00e9n been voor de pulley, houd een rechte houding aan en trek met \u00e9\u00e9n hand de kabel zijwaarts naar je borst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meer video&#8217;s zien?
