Vandaag delen we 3 intensieve borstoefeningen op de cable pull met je. Deze oefeningen trainen specifiek je kleine (musculus pectoralis minor) en grote (musculus pectoralis major) borstspier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waarom de borstspieren trainen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Haal nu maar even diep adem.&#8221; Ademen is ongetwijfeld van vitaal belang voor ons. De longen spelen hier de hoofdrol, omdat ze verantwoordelijk zijn voor het in- en uitademen en het voorzien van ons lichaam van zuurstof. Dit ademhalingsorgaan bevindt zich in onze borst, omringd door de ribben. De longen bevinden zich dus heel dicht bij onze borstspieren en behoren daarom tot de hulpademhalingsspieren. Een gespierde borstkas kan dan ook de zuurstofvoorziening bevorderen. Goede motivatie om die borstspieren goed te trainen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verder zijn onze borstspieren verantwoordelijk voor de motorische aansturing van onze armen, zodat we ze kunnen draaien, naar binnen buigen en spreiden. Daarnaast zijn onze borstspieren een steun voor de schouders, dit omdat ze veel bewegingen mogelijk maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Onze borstoefeningen op de cable pull<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Met de volgende oefeningen kun je thuis of in de sportschool je borstspieren trainen. In de video laat Finn je de juiste manier zien om met \u00e9\u00e9n arm de borst op de cable pull te trainen. Borstoefening: Liggende flys op de cable pull<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor de liggende flys heb je de handgrepen nodig en een halterbank. Plaats de halterbank in het midden van het kabelstation en kantel hem tot 30 graden. Zodra je op de bank gaan liggen voer je een klassieke fly uit. Je beweegt je armen naar de zijkant en strek ze vervolgens uit naar boven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Borstoefening: Flys van onderaf\/flys op de cable pull<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ook voor de flys van onderaf gebruik je de handgrepen. Ga met je benen licht gebogen, stevig in het middel van de cable pull staan en breng vanuit de cable pulls je armen voor je borst naar elkaar toe. Je armen blijven bij deze oefening licht gebogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Borstoefening: Eenarmige flys\/flys op de cable pull<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ga voor de eenarmige flys, zijwaarts naar de cable pull staan en houd je vast aan de leuning. Pak dan met je andere hand de handgreep vast en breng de kabel parallel aan de grond naar je borst.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu heb je je borst wel getraind!
