Met onze oefeningen hier uitgevoerd op de Taurus Studio Cable Crossover Elite versterk je effici\u00ebnt de spieren in je romp. Met een getrainde romp (ook wel core genoemd) kun je onder andere rechtop lopen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welke spieren in de romp worden er getraind?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In de 3 oefeningen van vandaag focussen we op de buikspieren. De volgende spieren worden getraind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De rechte buikspier (musculus rectus abdominis)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De schuine buikspier (musculus obliquus abdominis)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij de hanging leg raises op de crossover wordt voornamelijk de rectus abdominis aan het werk gezet. Terwijl je bij hangin side leg raises voornamelijk de schuine buikspier aanspreekt. Toch versterkt deze oefening ook de rechte buikspier. Last but not least kun je met de windshield wipers de schuine buikspier goed trainen. Vanwege de hoge intensiteit en de moeilijkheidsgraad van deze oefening, wordt deze alleen aanbevolen voor gevorderde gebruikers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"De rompspieren trainen op de Crossover cable pull\" width=\"625\" height=\"352\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/UmtFtQj71LI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Romptraining: Leg raises<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor leg raises hang je met een bovenhandse greep aan de optrekstang. Zodra je lichaam ontspannen naar beneden hangt, span je je corespieren aan en til je je benen op. Je knie\u00ebn blijven licht gebogen. Zorg ervoor dat je deze beweging vloeiend doet. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de spieren optimaal gebruikt worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Romptraining: Side leg raises<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor de side leg raises pak je de binnenste handgrepen van je cable pull crossover vast. Zodra je lichaam ontspannen hangt, span je je core aan en draai je je heupen terwijl je naar rechts of links gaat, trek langzaam je knie\u00ebn omhoog en draai je vervolgens in de andere richting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Romptraining: Windshield wipers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor de windshield wipers pak je de binnenstang van je optrekstation vast. Je brengt je bovenlichaam in een liggende positie en draait je heupen ongeveer 45 graden naar rechts en naar links. Je benen blijven gestrekt waardoor de klassieke wisserbeweging ontstaat. Let wel, dit is een oefening voor gevorderden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Core training &#8211; vergeet de rugspieren niet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu je de romp getraind hebt is je workout voor vandaag afgerond.
