Toch zijn er loopbanden waarbij je de optie hebt om een helling in te stellen. Dit houdt in dat je (hard)loopt met een hoogteverschil. Maar wat zijn de voordelen van trainen op een loopband met hoogteverschil en wat wordt er getraind?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De voordelen van helling training<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij hardlopen verbrand je calorie\u00ebn en verbeter je het uithoudingsvermogen. Maar wil je naast het verbeteren van je uithoudingsvermogen meer de focus leggen op de beenspieren? Dan is trainen met een hoogteverschil wat voor jou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Door te trainen met een helling worden de hamstrings, kuiten en bilspieren aangesproken waardoor je meer kracht ontwikkeld. Alle loopspieren worden op een hogere intensiteit belast. Ook maak je het bindweefsel sterker waardoor spierpijn afneemt. Vaak wordt er bij een helling training heuvel op gelopen, maar als het mogelijk is op je loopband, kun je ook heuvel af lopen (decline training), waarbij je de quadriceps extra aanspreekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tip: Heb je op de loopband leuningen? Houd deze dan niet vast.
