Dat komt vooral omdat het afwisselend is, je kunt het overal doen en het resultaat is functioneel. Het verbetert je snelheid, flexibiliteit, uithoudingsvermogen en kracht. Je hebt er echt elke dag wat aan \u00e9n iedereen kan het doen. Maar hoe ga je aan de slag met functional training? In deze blog geven wij tips om te starten, te verbeteren \u00e9n vol te houden.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">1. Begin bewust met functional training<\/h3>\n<p>Het is belangrijk dat je belasting langzaam opbouwt. In het begin ligt de nadruk op de kwaliteit. Vooral een <b>correcte uitvoering van de beweging<\/b> is belangrijk. Dit om blessures te voorkomen. Daarbij dien je ook belastbaarheid van pezen en gewrichten langzaam op te bouwen. Je eigen lichaamsgewicht biedt dan al meer dan voldoende uitdaging. Begin bijvoorbeeld met tricep dips, push ups en squats. Maak het ook zeker in de eerste training niet te gek. Doe 3 oefeningen en per oefening 3 setjes van 8, dan zit jouw eerste training erop. Dit zal voor een beginner meer dan voldoende uitdaging zijn. Plus je wil de volgende dag of de dag erna ook weer fatsoenlijk kunnen trainen. <b>Voorkom overbelasting<\/b> doordat je overenthousiast bent.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">2. Herstellen is ook verbeteren<\/h3>\n<p>Een pakkende uitspraak is: Je groeit niet in je training, maar je groeit in rust. En dat is ook zo! Geef jezelf de ruimte voor herstel. In rust repareert jouw lichaam zijn spieren en pezen, zodat je na het herstel weer meer aankunt. Dat noemen we <strong>groei<\/strong>. Ook hier geldt, kwaliteit is belangrijker dan kwantiteit. Tevens leg je meer accent op je triceps, omdat je handen dichter bij elkaar staan.<\/p><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"western\">3. Wees creatief met functional training<\/h3>\n<p>Zoals genoemd kun je functional training overal doen. &#8216;Geen tijd&#8217;, is dus geen geldig excuus meer. Sta je eten te koken? Doe 10 squats, roer door de pan, doe 10 squats, giet de broccoli af, doe 10 squats. Werk je vandaag thuis? Doe 20 push ups, beantwoord een mailtje, doe 20 push ups, bel die ene klant terug, doe 20 push ups. Hoppa! Jij <strong>combineert jouw training<\/strong> gewoon met je alledaagse bezigheden. Om 18 uur zit jouw werkdag erop \u00e9n je hebt al getraind. Dat geeft nog eens voldoening!<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">4. Investeer in voeding<\/h3>\n<p>Wat je doel ook is: Afvallen, spiergroei, of gewoon wat strakker worden. Je training gaat hand in hand met herstel. En voor het herstel zijn bouwstoffen nodig. We schrijven geen dieet voor je uit, maar wees bewust van de balans van voedingstoffen. Koolhydraten, eiwitten en vetten. Jouw succes valt of staat met een uitgebalanceerde voeding. <strong>Maak jezelf bewust<\/strong>, houd een week lang alles bij en analyseer wat er goed gaat en wat er beter kan. Pas dan zie je echt overzichtelijk hoe je ervoor staat. Het<strong> belang van de voeding<\/strong> is vaak onderschat, terwijl de kwaliteit van de huidige voeding vaak \u00f3verschat wordt. Als je net zoveel energie stopt in voeding als dat je in training doet, dan moet het goed komen.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">5. Geniet van de progressie bij functional training<\/h3>\n<p>Hoppa, jij bent goed bezig! Je hebt je voeding op orde, traint vaak en herstelt goed. Je hebt ge\u00efnvesteerd in de kwaliteit van de beweging en je merkt dat de trainingen je makkelijk af gaan. Jij bent klaar om een stap te zetten, want <strong>nu wordt het \u00e9cht leuk!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nu kun je gewichten gaan toevoegen, oefeningen uitbreiden of met diverse tools aan de slag. Kettlebells, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.nl\/blog\/6-voordelen-set-dumbbells-bed\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">dumbbells<\/a>, gewichtsvesten, zandzakken, medicine balls, springtouwen, balance board, optrekstangen, er gaat een wereld voor je open. Maak het leuk! Wat heeft jouw voorkeur?
