Koolhydraten hebben nu eenmaal niet de beste reputatie en kunnen <\/span><span lang=\"nl-NL\">volgens wetenschappelijke studies<\/span><span lang=\"nl-NL\"> beter niet genuttigd worden in de avond <\/span><span lang=\"nl-NL\">in een snelle vetverbranding in de nacht te bevorderen. Maar omdat wij begrijpen dat de avond de beste tijd is om een pizza te eten, leggen we je graag uit hoe je zelf een pizza maakt zonder koolhydraten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"nl-NL\">In het recept van de Bloeccoli pizza wordt het deeg van tarwemeel vervangen door een beslag van bloemkool, broccoli, kaas, ei en zonnebloempitten. Laten we beginnen met de ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"nl-NL\">Dit recept is genoeg om een ovenplaat met Low Carb Pizza te vullen. Hiermee maak je een pizza voor 3 tot 4 personen, uiteraard afhankelijk van een ieders honger. Het totaal aantal calorie\u00ebn blijft ruim onder de 2000 kcal. Bij een gewone pizza is dit aantal met gemak twee keer zo hoog. Met de vulling kun je uiteraard vari\u00ebren naar smaak, of neem iets minder kaas en een ei meer. Rasp ook de andere bestanddelen zo fijn mogelijk. Dit kneed je samen in een kom tot het een deeg vormt. <\/span><span lang=\"nl-NL\">Als je denkt dat het deeg te ruw is, kun je het verfijnen met een staafmixer. Pas hier alleen wel bij op dat het geen purree wordt. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"nl-NL\">Verdeel het deel gelijkmatig over de bakplaat. Gebruik hiervoor bijvoorbeeld een deegrol ingvet met olijfolie. Als je hiermee klaar bent, bak de bodem dan ongeveer minuten af in een op 220\u00b0 C voorverwarmde oven.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span lang=\"nl-NL\">Het opmaken van de pizza<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tijdens het bakken van de bodem kun je de groenten en overige ingredi\u00ebnten in kleine ringen, blokjes en plakjes snijden, net zoals op de normale variant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_88\" style=\"width: 309px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-88\" class=\" wp-image-88\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fitshop.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/low-carb-pizza-klaar-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Afgebakken Low Carb Bloecolli Pizza\" width=\"299\" height=\"199\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-88\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Afgebakken Low Carb Bloecolli Pizza<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span lang=\"nl-NL\">Als je ziet dat het pizzadeeg geleidelijk begint te harden, kun je deze uit de oven halen en kort laten afkoelen. Verdeel de tomatensaus of puree samen met de oregano gelijkmatig over de plaat. Verspreid alle gesneden ingredienten over de pizza en zet deze vervolgens opnieuw in de oven voor 10 tot 15 minuten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"nl-NL\">Laat de pizza even afkoelen nadat je deze uit de oven hebt gehaald.
