The easy-to-use app also features over 70 different exercises and videos that explain how to do them properly. Heart rate can also be measured with the optionally available chest strap, to make your training progress even more quantifiable.

Buying the new Bowflex 560 dumbbells set saves you from having to buy 16 different pairs of dumbbells separately. The two single dumbbells can both be easily adjusted from 2.27 to 27.2 kg. The compact dumbbells can be adjusted by twisting the grip. The training weight you are using is conveniently shown on the dumbbell's LCD display. This can be displayed in both pounds and kilograms.
