Are you looking for a good cross trainer for a workout in your own home? The Syros 2.0 is definitely a good choice. The robust cross trainer is characterised by an appealing design and motion that is easy on the joints. Equipped with a flywheel mass of 22 kg, the Syros 2.0 offers smooth, even concentricity. With the Syros 2.0, you train important muscle groups and at the same time protect your joints. You can easily change the training intensity during session using the dial. The Syros 2.0 has an easy-to-use console with 16 training programmes that make sure you stay motivated and dedicated. The Syros 2.0 will then automatically adjust the intensity, i.e. the resistance, so that you are always in the heart rate zone you have selected. In addition, the training computer with dual-colour backlight also offers a watt-controlled training programme (25–350 watts in 5-watt increments). With dimensions of just L 124 x W 61 x H 165 cm, the Syros 2.0 takes up little space.
