cardiojump stands for effective and long-lasting cardio workouts. The training on a swing trampoline can consume up to 25% more calories than a workout on normal ground. During training On the mini trampoline, you raise the effectiveness of your stamina training. The strain on the joints, however, remains low. The bounce mat on this trampoline is held in place by 6 individual elastic bands, with which the rim is connected. Desværre var trampolinen meget krævende og der skulle bruges meget kraft at samle. Måtte springe over et par strop holdere, da rammen var for oval. Måske man skal samle den mere løst over kryds, og så til sidst stramme helt op.

Trampolin ist sehr solide.Aufbau ein Albtraum,drei Tage zu zweit inklusive blutige Hände.

Hinta-laatu suhde ok. Trampoliini tuntuu tukevalta ja toimii hyvin kotikäytössä. Trampoliinin asentamiseen kyllä tarvitsee apua ja bungee nauhojen kiinnitykset vähän epäilyttävät treenin aikana. Ne tuntuu liikkuvan asennoistaan. Jalkoja ei saa harmillisesti pois rungosta säilytystä varten. Iso miinus. Pidän enemmän yksittäisistä kuminauha kiinnityksistä kuin tämän trampoliinin pitkistä kuminauhalenkeistä, joita joutuu pujottelemaan ja kahden miehen voimin vetämään. Seuraavalla kerralla maksaisin enemmän laadukkaammasta tuotteesta.... [Read more]

Este trampolín me fue recomendado por mi fisioterapeuta y así puedo hacer más ejercicios en casa. Es de buena calidad. Lo que me sorprendió que venía en un paquete muy pequenio y uno tenía que montarlo por completo. En la página Web decía que venía premontado y que solo había que ponerle las patas que lamentablemente no fue así. Como tengo un problema en los cervicales, yo sola no he podido montarlo y he tenido que pedir ayuda a dos amigos fuertes. También estaría bien si tuviera alguna colchoneta protectora para los bordes para cubrir el marco de hierro y las gomas. Sin esto la pieza donde se salta se sube hacia arriba en los bordes.... Tolles Trampolin, sehr hochwertig, hat einen super Stand und macht keine Geräusche. Ich habe es mir bei Kauf garnicht so hochwertig vorgestellt und bin positiv überrascht. Die Lieferung kam zerlegt, war jedoch schnell aufgebaut. Empfehlung!

Dieses Trampolin ist wirklich genau das, was ich wollte. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Wahl. Wichtig waren mir: 1. Durchmesser Hier beträgt der Durchmesser 1m und das reicht völlig aus, um zu schwingen,walken,joggen und springen. 2. Stabilität Die Beine sind hier zwar nicht umklappbar, aber die etwas gebogene Form geben dem Trampolin einen festen, sicheren Stand. 3. Sicherheit Auf den Beinen stecken Gummikappen, wodurch das Trampolin auch auf Laminat nicht rutscht. Außerdem ist es absolut lautlos, wenn man darauf springt,d.h.,es übertragen sich keine Geräusche in die darunter liegende Wohnung. Sehr gut ist auch die Randabdeckung, so dass man nicht versehentlich mit dem Fuß in die Seile tritt. 4. Aufhängung Das Sprungtuch ist mit Gummiseilen befestigt. Die Spannung ist ideal und es macht absolut Geräusche beim Benutzen. Der Aufbau bestand lediglich aus anbringen des Randschutzes, den man einfach drüberlegt und festzieht, und anbringen der Beine (mittels Schrauben und Muttern). Alles leicht anhand der Anleitung zu verstehen und schnell gemacht. Ich kann dieses Trampolin nur empfehlen.... [Read more]
