SCS Smith Cage System – Your multi-functional home gym in one comprehensive package

The Inspire SCS Smith Cage System combines 3 main training elements in 1: a Smith machine, a full-rack power cage and a highly adjustable dual-weight stack pulley system (functional trainer). The two 75-kg weight stacks operate with a 2:1 pulley ratio to provide an effective workout with progressive resistance in manageable increments.

Six cable attachment points for a variety of functional exercises

The three cable pairs of the Inspire SCS Smith Cage System allow you to perform a wide array of functional exercises and variations. The top and bottom pairs are ideally positioned for doing lat pulldowns or seated rows. When both carabiner clips are connected, you can use both weight stacks together for more resistance.
The two outer cables on the uprights are angled outwards to allow for a wider range of movement during exercises like flyes or lateral raises. The separate dual stacks can also be used by two people simultaneously.

Power rack or Smith machine – your choice

The interior of the Inspire SCS Smith Cage System consists of two sets of rack hooks: The front set serves as the safety catches for the Smith bar, and the rear set is for racking a barbell. A lateral spotter bar attaches to both sets of hooks to catch the bar should your muscles give out. This lets you maintain a high degree of safety when choosing between guided or free movements with classic compound-muscle exercises. The inclusion of a flat/incline/decline bench with the SCS Smith Cage System means you’re ready to start bench pressing as soon as you’ve completed the assembly. The bench comes with attachments for preacher curls and leg extensions/curls – thoroughly train your biceps, hamstrings and quads. The leg attachments and the Smith bar have weight sleeves for plates with a 50-mm ⌀ hole.

High-quality frame for maximum stability

The frame of the SCS is made of heavy-duty steel with a premium powder coating. All components are built for durability and are suitable for light-commercial use. Two pull-up bars are incorporated into the top of the frame, and another set of height-adjustable pull-up bars are situated above them so you can get higher off the ground or have fun transitioning between bars.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von dem Gerät. Der Aufbau ging ganz hervorragend. Alle Teile waren einzeln verpackt und gut geschützt. Keinerlei Mängel erkennbar, obwohl die Kartons durch den Transport etwas gelitten hatten. Zum Aufbau muss man sagen, dass es für das Hauptgerät drei Aufbauanleitungen gibt. Hier muss man etwas aufpassen, da man ansonsten ein paar Kleinigkeiten wieder ausbauen/umbauen muss. Alles in allem auch vom Aufbau her ein hervorragendes Gerät! Die Wartezeit wegen der Lieferschwierigkeiten hat sich gelohnt. Die Seilzüge laufen butterweich, ich hatte vorher ein günstigeres Gerät, da ging das nicht so leicht. Das Training macht Spaß, die Möglichkeiten sind wirklich großartig. Fazit: Das Teil ist seinen Preis wert.... [Read more]
